This agreement is entered into by EvolveAll LLC, a martial arts and training studio located in Arlington, VA, and the undersigned Member or Parent/Guardian of a minor Member. By signing this agreement, the Member, or Parent/Guardian on behalf of the minor, agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Commitment to Growth, Respect, and Inclusivity

Members commit to attending classes regularly, actively working to improve, and growing in their martial arts practice. Members agree to create a positive and inclusive environment by treating all individuals within the studio—fellow members, staff, and instructors—with respect.

2. Membership Dues

Members agree to pay monthly membership dues as part of their continued access to the studio. Membership dues are required to be paid on a recurring basis unless the membership is frozen or canceled (see sections 6 and 7). Paid-in-full memberships are non-refundable after the first thirty (30) days of activation.

3. Membership Cancellation and Refund Policy

Members have the right to cancel their membership within seven (7) days of activation for a full refund. After this period, cancellation requests must be made by the Member for payments to cease. Failure to cancel will result in continued charges. Members understand that cancellation must be formally requested and processed by EvolveAll LLC.

Paid-in-full memberships canceled within the first thirty (30) days will be partially refunded, excluding the cost for the days used during this period. After thirty (30) days, paid-in-full memberships are non-refundable.

4. Liability Waiver

Members, or Parents/Guardians of minor members, agree to hold EvolveAll LLC harmless for any injuries, accidents, or other incidents that may occur during classes, gym use, or any activities related to the business. Members acknowledge that martial arts and fitness training carry inherent risks and voluntarily assume these risks by participating in studio activities. For minor members, the Parent/Guardian assumes full responsibility for the child’s participation, including any risks involved in their training.

5. Parental/Guardian Consent for Minors

If signing on behalf of a minor, the Parent/Guardian agrees to all terms and conditions on behalf of the child. The Parent/Guardian confirms that the minor is physically able to participate in martial arts or fitness training and assumes responsibility for overseeing the minor’s adherence to the studio’s rules and expectations, including respect and inclusivity within the studio environment.

6. Membership Freeze Option

Members may request to freeze their membership for up to two (2) months, once per calendar year. This freeze allows members to temporarily pause their payments and access to the studio without canceling their membership.

7. Non-Refundable Paid-in-Full Memberships

Paid-in-full memberships are non-refundable after the first thirty (30) days of activation. Members acknowledge that after this period, no refunds will be issued for unused portions of their membership. However, if canceled within the first thirty (30) days, a partial refund will be issued, with the used portion deducted.

By signing this agreement, the Member or Parent/Guardian acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined above.
